We've raised funding from three of Europe's best venture capital firms and various top-notch angels. And now, we're looking for a top notch Account Executive to embark on this journey with us.

The role:
At Oliva, we're seeking an exceptional Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving growth and cultivating relationships with potential clients. You'll spearhead the entire outbound process, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Gong, and Salesforce to connect with prospects effectively. Taking charge of lead generation initiatives, including events and dinners, will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, all while managing your own priorities and daily tasks. To thrive in this role, a background in the tech industry is essential, especially experience in scaling startups and navigating the complexities of large enterprise clients.
You'll make an impact in the following areas:
- Taking ownership of outbound strategies and execution.
- Managing priorities and day-to-day activities effectively.
- Forecasting your own sales funnel to drive results.
- Running lead generation initiatives, including events and dinners.
- Collaborating with team members to drive sales initiatives forward.
- Successfully navigating complex deals within the B2B tech sector.
- Establishing a strong personal brand and presence on LinkedIn.
You'll be successful if you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role as an Account Executive.
- Have a track record of success in scaling up startups and dealing with large enterprise clients.
- Are based in the UK, with UK Market sales experience.
- Are happy to travel to the hub office (London) weekly, off-sites and team events.

We’ve all been through our own battles with burnout, anxiety, low self-esteem, and depression. And while we’ve all had both positive and less positive experiences with mental healthcare, we know first-hand that talking through your problems makes a massive difference once you find the right person.
Our co-founders, Javier Suarez, Sançar Sahin and Huw Slater, all have experienced the emotional highs and lows of scaling successful tech startups and lived to tell the tale. Between them they have co-found or led teams at TravelPerk, Typeform, Hotjar, and GetApp.
If you’ve ever felt like you needed mental health support but had no idea where to start, you’re in good company. Our goal is to stop people feeling like that.
We have a hybrid working model. If you are based in London our team in our hub locations meet twice a week. You will need to be based in the UK or Spain for all our positions. Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to sponsor working permits or visas.
